Pricing for this commission type is modular and is heavily dependant on what elements need to be included in the sheet on top of the base.
The base includes: 1 front view fullbody, 1 front view bust, character's name, color palette, simple background. Prices below are only listed for single elements.

Design fees apply only when you're commissioning either a completely new design that I need to come up with on my own or a redesign.
The fees are separate for character and outfit design, so if you want a new outfit for an existing character - you won't have to pay extra for both.

Payment

◈ Payments are carried out via PayPal.◈ You can choose to either pay the full sum upfront or only half upfront and the other half after the sketch. A different payment plan with more installments can be negotiated for bigger, more costly projects. Part of the price must be covered upfront regardless of the payment plan.◈ I only offer refunds if I'm unable to finish the commission due to personal circumstances.

Process Details

◈ Commissions aren't always accepted and started on a first come - first served basis. Your place in queue is determined by a variety of factors.
I also reserve the right to decline any commission request that I'm not comfortable with or not confident in my ability to complete.◈ Turnaround time varies depending on request complexity, queue and my personal circumstance. On average, simpler pieces take 3-10 days to finish while complex can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to months. I will give a rough estimate for the piece completion time but will never set a specific deadline. If you require a strict deadline I will ask for an additional crunch fee (dependant on how narrow the timeframe is).◈ I'll remain in contact and will send you updates throughout the work process, as well as notify you of any issues or questions that may arise. I expect my clients to remain open to communication as well.◈ Small revisions can be made for free. However, big changes will require an extra fee to be paid.◈ You will recieve a full resolution PNG file of your commission upon completion. Additional files (printable version, transparent background, etc.) can be requested at no extra cost.

Copyright & Usage Policy

By default, I retain copyright to all of my artworks, including commissions.
Copyright can be transferred to the client via a commercial fee of ≥ 200% in addition to the original price.
Commissioned fanart rights cannot be transferred.

◈ I, the artist, can publish my artworks without any restrictions. However, if you want the publishing to be limited or postponed due to certain circumstances - that can be arranged.◈ I reserve the right to use my artworks for any commercial purposes (advertisement, merchandise, etc.). However, for merchandise, I will not use OC commissions without the character's owner/creator permission. Fanart will only be used if the original IP owner permits the creation of fan made merchandise.

◈ You, the client, can only use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes unless agreed otherwise. This means that printing the artwork for yourself or as a gift is allowed. Using it as a profile picture, header, thumbnail, etc. is also allowed as long as I'm given proper, clear credit (assuming the use is public). You cannot use the artwork to generate profit.◈ If the rights are transferred, you can use the artwork commercially as well as edit it to your liking. However, credit is still required even if the artwork has been altered.

Do not take credit for my art and do not remove my signature even if the copyright has been transferred to you.Do not use my art for NFTs. Do not use my art in generative AI.
